This covid-19 virus has bothered everyone. Government has implemented many rules and lockdowns or unlock India from the beginning regarding Corona virus, but sadly all went in vain. Well, situations of other Countries are getting recovered. Even China and Italy are no longer in the red zone. But sadly India is not recovering. Today is 15th september,2020 and total 36,183 new cases have been reported in India.India has grabbed 2nd position in the world's Covid-19 red zone list, with total 4.93M active cases and 80,776 death cases. More than half of the deaths are due to lack of proper treatment and panic.

This disease is not as terrible as it was considered. Till now, the vaccine has not been globally recognized. But wait !! Who are indians? and for what they are Famous? " jugaad ". Now there is very little fear in the minds of Indians about this disease because of Home remedies.There is a lack of available beds and doctors in our country. In such conditions if you have mild symptoms then the doctor will also suggest you to stay in home quarantine. And believe me, it works because this disease is not as terrible as it is rumored. It is an easy curable disease. All you have to need is proper guidelines.
Note: whatever I am telling here is based on my own experiences, which my family did when they were tested positive and the doctor's suggestion.
1. First and foremost, remove your anxiety and don't panic because panic leads the disease to dominate you.
2.Make sure you have quarantined yourself in a separate room. Have a seperate washroom and bathroom .Also keep in mind not to use the same towel or bedsheets. Maintain social distancing within your home by using a mask.

3.Do yoga and meditation twice a day to overcome yourself from panic and anxiety. It will help in clearing the mind, improve overall body fitness and increase blood circulation, due to which your body will be able to resist the virus.


4. Giloy - Giloy's Kadha is very popular nowadays. It is an Ayurvedic herb that has been used in India since decades. It can be used in the form of juice, capsule or powder. It boosts immunity and treats chronic fever. Nowadays it has been used as an alternative to Covid medicine.


5. Drink lukewarm water instead of normal water and take a steam inhaler - it will help in relieving the congestion in the chest as well as nasal cavity. You can also add lemon in warm water because lemon is citrus and rich in vitamin C. Even doctors are prescribing vitamin C tablets and suggesting to consume Vitamin C either in raw or tablets form. But please avoid drinking juice of citrus fruits because this can make you feel cold.


6. Consume milk at least 2 or more times a day, depending on your capacity and budgets. It will also help in increasing your immune system.


7. Herbal tea  - The antioxidants and vitamins present in herbal tea will help you in fighting cough and cold.It also lowers the risk of chronic disease.

8. Tulsi leaf - It is called queen of Herbs. Chewing Tulsi leaf proves very beneficial for covid patients as it comprises vitamin A,C and K. It reduces cold,cough, fever and boosts immunity. If you don't like chewing, you can also consume it by boiling it in warm water.


9. Always stay in contact with your doctors. Submit them your daily report.Are you feeling better or not than before?Are you consuming their prescribed medicine or not ? Are you having any side effects or not ? Tell them everything until you get recovered.

I know you must have heard in the news that covid patients in India are getting cured by taking the medicine of malaria and fever. Yeah ! It's true, but these medications happened under the supervision of doctors.

10.Be sure you have first aid kits and medicine like Paracetamol, Cough syrups and pain relievers.

Don't get bothered. Enjoy your Quarantine by watching movies, webseries, Eating, sleeping whatever you want. It's your time.Neither there are any assignments nor any Boss.
